Would it be possible for the cache to "intelligently" check who owns a given region, and if the region is owned by the person logging in, the cache gives priority to that content, or it keeps it in a separate store ?

Feature question/suggestion

Would it be possible for the cache to "intelligently" check who owns a given region, and if the region is owned by the person logging in, the cache gives priority to that content, or it keeps it in a separate store ?
