In case there are no current issues reported and in case the error message doesn't give you any hints on why you can't log in, please file a support ticket in [http://secondlife.com/support/ the support portal]. My Account "doris Kinomis" can not log has two consecutive days Consistently show that "Login failed, unable to connect to a simulator" that the message.
