LLS How to access Live Chat

HOW TO ACCESS LIVE CHAT?

• First, go to the Second Life websiteand log into your account.

• After logging in, you should now see your dashboard.

• 

  Second Life Dashboard

• Click on "Help". You have to click on the actual word "Help" instead of displaying the drop down menu by hovering over it.

• 

  Click on Help.

• On the right hand side, where it says "Premium Support", click on Contact Support.

• 

  Click on Contact Support.

• Where it reads "Still can't find an answer?", In the second sentence, click on the words that say "Live Chat". Yes, those words.

• 

  Click on the words that say "Live Chat".

• Finally, when you are ready to speak with our Live Chat Support, just click on "Start Chat".

• 

  Click on Start Chat.
