Eden is a bibical name in Hebrew, from Bereshit, mentioned as 'The garden of Eden'.
Eden is a simulator in the teen grid. Eden is owned by Alex Habringer, and is a typical land-for-rent-sim.
About
There isn't much to tell about Eden, although, it was one of the first private islands in the teen grid.
Prices
Land was once sold for L$2.8/sqm, but is now lowered to L$2.0/sqm.
Availability
There are huge parcels available there NOW.
Performance
Eden's performance is not pretty good, the Physics engine works pretty bad.
