A036 is a Sim Cluster discovered at Coordinates 736-747/900-914, Grid Sector G9, Western Ocean.
Structure
A036 is formed of two different parts: The sims in South are in contact one with the other at their corners, while the sims in North are a bit more isolated. There are 50 to 60 sims.
Geography
These sims are residential area, with green landscapes water channels or mountain ranges to separate parcels. Vegetation is present and sometimes there are lush forests that hide large houses behind them.
Land Status
This land is not owned by a single estate. There are multiple estates here.
