A099 is a Sim Cluster located at Coordinates 532-538/1390-1394, Grid Sector E13, North - West Ocean. It is small, made of only 11 sims placed in contact at thier corners and forming diagonals. Land is more or less flat, with water channels and small lakes and with slopes to separate parcels. Usually, ground texture is green. Accesibibility is restricted on many parcels. All sims are owned by an estate.
