- Below is a list of questions (some with answers, some you will need to find the answers for). Use this list as a study aide.
- You are a member of a group. How do you leave that group?
- How do you use group chat?
- How do you edit your appearance? Also how can you completely change outfits at once?
- How do you find an Event in SL?
- How do you "rebake" or solve other "ruthing" "mysty" or appearance problems?
- What is lag?
- Where can you set your "home" location in SL?
- When a "griefer" attacks, do you:
- run screaming and yelling and shooting?
- round up people and explain how to deal with it?

- calmly file an AR and get on with your day.
- You are called to a sim where a resident is causing trouble e.g. rezzing objects all over the place, some other residents are distressed by it (at this point you do not know the nature of the sim or who owns it and have not yet had chance to check), do you:
- Stride in there and demand that they stop "or else..."
- Immediately judge and issue a AR
- Dial 911/999/112 down the Mentor channel saying "help, help, help"
- Talk to the residents who are concerned and if possible the potential troublemaker to understand the situation and if the two parties cannot resolve the matter by talking about the issue together then remind the concerned party(s) how to file an AR
- Walk straight up to the person(s) who are upset and tell them to file an AR and explain how
- Given the location name "Hanja" alone, what tools might you use to find it?

I need help
- This new resident keeps bumping into you / swearing / littering objects...
- Why shouldn't you organize some greeters neighbourhood watch to show him the borders?
- How does the abuse report work again?
- Does it make sense to IM the governance team until they find some time to come over?
- Is it possible that the resident needs help or a nice word and the conflict might be gone?
- There is that resident with a weird computer setup. Somehow after a few minutes he crashes and therefor he is really frustrated. Where could he find someone to give him the support needed?
