[15:21] Simon Linden: what's the odd behavior? From what I know of the changes, you shouldn't see much other than those annoying popups that tell you about server versions

[15:22] RedMokum Bravin: Sim crossing was supposed to become more stable, right? But it's never been so bad (on foot or flying) since BlueSteel and LeTigre are there side by side.

[15:23] RedMokum Bravin: 1.42 brought some relief first.
[15:23] Maestro Linden: Hm I don't think BlueSteel or LeTigre have anything really major in terms of sim crossing changes
[15:23] Simon Linden: can you explain 'bad' more? More snapbacks? Lost attachments?
[15:23] Maestro Linden: but the branch on this sim right now has some improvements for rez and region crossing (it will come into RC next week, perhaps)
[15:24] RedMokum Bravin: You may get sucked in for miles, unable to stop flying.

[15:24] RedMokum Bravin: Everyone that I can lay hands on to compare. :-p

[15:27] Simon Linden: On a related note to those 'fly off into the distance' problems, I recently did some viewer work to stop that
[15:27] RedMokum Bravin: But when you change it back, it overrides all of your inventory here again.
[15:27] SHAMUS Carter: inturpolation is beign removerd?
[15:27] Simon Linden: My viewer will stop moving objects after a few seconds if the sim stops sending messages

[15:28] Simon Linden: Like if you hit a region edge, and it doesn't know of any adjacent region, it stops
[15:28] Gooden Uggla: what are the possible side effects to t?hat
[15:29] Oskar Linden: so it stops the flyaway only if you border ocean?
[15:29] Simon Linden: I'm not sure when this will get into the viewer pipeline, but the code is available publicly if anyone wants to look
[15:29] Gooden Uggla: ironically, i only have that problem here when i test stuff :)
