I was seeing times around 3-4x higher than they should be on a very lightly loaded C5 full, and approx the same as old values on a heavily loaded C5 full. That's causing a fair bit of confusion for EMs if they don't know that the absolute values can no longer be trusted, and they are only good for relative comparison within the same region.

[15:35] Pauline Darkfury: I'm seeing 0.006ms from scripts which should be 100% idle (just waiting for events, not getting any) on Duvillier (C5 full, approx 1000-2000 scripts, usually has some spare time). In contrast, I'm seeing the expected 0.002ms (or even 0.001ms) on Dolly Dreams (C5 full, 8500+ scripts, never has spare)
