Your Second Life account is linked with an email address of your choosing, which is where things get sent like announcements from Linden Lab and offline instant messages (if you have those enabled).
You can easily change your email address on the Second Life website:
- Login to your Dashboard.
- On the left, click Account, then click Contact Information.
- Enter a different email address.
- Enter your current password for verification purposes.
- Click Save Changes.
