[12:58] Nathan Adored: Helllo Jeremy Linden
[12:58] Nathan Adored has pinged you.
[12:58] Jeremy Linden: Hello!
[12:58] Eddi Decosta: yeah cause if you see the annoucement yesterday i think its bad for some thing ã‹¡
[12:59] Eddi Decosta: heya Jeremy!!
[12:59] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[12:59] Nathan Adored: what announcement?
[12:59] Eddi Decosta: i talk abou the name display lol
[12:59] Nathan Adored: oh
[12:59] Eddi Decosta: about*
[12:59] Nathan Adored: oh, thought you meant you'd been greifed recently. yeah, I saw that concerns about the renaming thingy being misusable by greifers
[13:00] Eddi Decosta: well jeremy, if i think like a griefer the name display its a great opprtunity for me :p
[13:00] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:00] Eddi Decosta: yik
[13:00] Jeremy Linden: It's good for a lot of other people, too :-)
[13:00] Nathan Adored: probably best to wait another minute before saying things. heh.... so it can start with the official start of the OH
[13:00] Nathan Adored: oh, it IS that time.
[13:00] Eddi Decosta: loll yeah but i hope your log are recorded with the username like (eddi.decosta)
[13:00] Jeremy Linden: I'm the recorder. No worries!
[13:01] Nathan Adored: /me checks the batteries in his watch.
[13:01] Eddi Decosta: cause if i take Yann Dufaux, like my alt its simple to record some false log on my computer lol
[13:01] Nathan Adored: yeah, that's a point
[13:01] Eddi Decosta: ^^
[13:01] Nathan Adored: we're not yet using the multipl-names thingy, tho. when does that get rolled out again?
[13:02] Aargle Zymurgy: sparse crowd today
[13:02] Jeremy Linden: So far. Hi Aargle.
[13:02] Nathan Adored: sparse crowd? now that's an interesting oxymoron. :D
[13:02] Aargle Zymurgy: LOL... yes, it is.
[13:02] Eddi Decosta: hi aargle ã‹¡
[13:02] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Here's what I know about Display Names: http://blogs.secondlife.com/community/features/blog/2010/08/17/display-names-bringing-greater-self-expression-to-second-life
[13:02] Eddi Decosta: Jeremy, i wait the date of launch for the viewer loll
[13:02] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:03] Eddi Decosta: you dont have a aproximativ date?
[13:03] Jeremy Linden: The blog post says they'll roll out in a project release at the end of August and get displayed grid-wide in September.
[13:03] Nathan Adored: Personally, I'm happy they've officially stated the public beta of the mesh thing will be rolled out before the end of the year.
[13:03] Eddi Decosta: cause i want my name Eddi Tester ;p
[13:03] Eddi Decosta: hehe
[13:04] Eddi Decosta: hi CPU !
[13:04] Aargle Zymurgy: I rather *like* my SL name.
[13:04] CPU Core: hello
[13:04] Nathan Adored: I *might* change my name to Nathan Adorable. :D
[13:04] Jeremy Linden: Hm. Tester is a name used by Lindens.
[13:04] Eddi Decosta: jeremy, i have the blog but i dont see an awnser for my question ã‹¡
[13:04] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:04] Jeremy Linden: Second Paragraph.
[13:04] Eddi Decosta: Jeremy, i know im kidding ã‹¡
[13:04] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:04] Jeremy Linden: :-)
[13:04] Nathan Adored: Adored was the closest I could get it to Adorable among the premade surnames.
[13:05] Aargle Zymurgy: here ya go: Christian Sur
[13:05] Aargle Zymurgy: two names
[13:05] Jeremy Linden: My Resident account will be happy... Someone took my real life name around the same time I signed up, and now I can finally have it.
[13:05] Nathan Adored: but, then, that MIGHT cause confusion, since I'm known as Nathan Adored on at least 3 opensim grids.
[13:05] Eddi Decosta: jeremy, why you dont drive the registration page like gpotato compagny?
[13:05] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:06] Nathan Adored: potato company?
[13:06] Aargle Zymurgy: combine the most common first name with the most common surname, and you get a name nobody would actually have: Mohammed Wang
[13:06] Jeremy Linden: I don't know much about gPotato, Eddi.
[13:06] Eddi Decosta: you have one user by client but you can creat 4 avatar ã‹¡
[13:06] CPU Core: will the main username still be using the surname system where we choose it froma list
[13:06] Eddi Decosta: its game like draconica or other
[13:07] Eddi Decosta: mmorpg ã‹¡
[13:07] Jeremy Linden: My understanding is that new users will be able to pick any account name they want, more like other services.
[13:07] Jeremy Linden: Existing Residents will get converted over, though. So my account name will be jeremy.linden
[13:07] Jeremy Linden has pinged you.
[13:08] Nathan Adored: just as long as the surname isn't a reserved-for-LL-ppl name>
[13:08] Nathan Adored: ?
[13:08] CPU Core: for my alts i dont really want it converted like that
[13:08] Eddi Decosta: cause i need to talk to the responsiv of regAPI for next time i see a website without emals check or https safty ã‹¡
[13:08] CPU Core: we should get to choose the new username :)
[13:08] Jeremy Linden: I don't really know how display names will interact with scripts and such, but maybe this page will help? http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Display_Names
[13:09] Eddi Decosta: ( Im a Sexy Robot ) , like my display name lol
[13:09] Aargle Zymurgy: quite frankly, that's going to break uncountable scripts throughout SL
[13:10] Eddi Decosta: im worried about some bug in emerald radar ã‹¡
[13:10] Nathan Adored: which bug is that?
[13:10] Eddi Decosta: well with this new display name ..
[13:11] Jeremy Linden: Interesting thought about scripts... though it looks like they'll be unaffected.
[13:11] Jeremy Linden: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Display_Names
[13:11] Eddi Decosta: well you can call me: (waiting...)
[13:11] Eddi Decosta: :p
[13:11] Jeremy Linden: Eddi, I have no idea how our new features will affect third party viewers. Sorry :-/
[13:11] Eddi Decosta: jeremy no trouble my friend ã‹¡
[13:11] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:12] Eddi Decosta: i wait to test with impatiance ã‹¡
[13:12] CPU Core: do you know if the teens have allready moved to the main grid?
[13:13] Nathan Adored: I'm wondering if the 16 and 17 YOs will have access to Mature/Moderate sims, or just to PG sims.
[13:13] Jeremy Linden: I'm actually not supposed to talk about the TSL announcement, but we'll be releasing more info on the blogs in the next few days.
[13:13] Nathan Adored: kk
[13:14] CPU Core: so no they havent moved to the main grid yet?
[13:14] Nathan Adored: /me espects to see more flamewars. Giggles.
[13:14] Nathan Adored: *expects
[13:14] Eddi Decosta: what? teen grid moved on maingrid? ^^
[13:14] Aargle Zymurgy: proposed to allow 16-17 y/o's to the main grid
[13:14] Nathan Adored: They're closing down the Teen Grid, and moving the 16 and 17 year olds to the main grid some time sooon
[13:14] Nathan Adored: and the younger teens are in limbo.
[13:15] Jeremy Linden: The announcement at SLCC was that we're planning to make Second Life available to ages 16+
[13:15] Eddi Decosta: aw .. ^^
[13:15] Aargle Zymurgy: I continue to have troubles with 18+ people who act like small children.
[13:15] Nathan Adored: there has already been some flamage going on over this on the forums and blogs.
[13:15] Eddi Decosta: 16+ with the french resident .. hmm, not sure ã‹¡
[13:16] Eddi Decosta: sorry*
[13:16] Aargle Zymurgy: /me cringes @ Eddi's comment
[13:16] Nathan Adored: Irony is, some of those teens are more mature than some of the adults. Go figure.
[13:16] Aargle Zymurgy: yeah... I've known some like that.
[13:16] Eddi Decosta: if i see the actual trouble of crash region by some french griefers .. well its some job of more ..
[13:17] Nathan Adored: Course, considering that I'm RPing being a VERY mature 11 year old..... But, then, that's 11 after multiple time warps and stuff.
[13:17] CPU Core: The teens all wear military body armor and are ready for war?
[13:17] Nathan Adored: <--- personah came from a space-opera universe.
[13:17] CPU Core: thats what i hear
[13:17] Nathan Adored: (And yeah, I'm WAY over 18)
[13:17] Jeremy Linden: Heh! Torley has a backstory like that, too.
[13:18] Eddi Decosta: i think, you need to keep the teen grid open, and just transfer the all inventory item on main grid if the resident have 16+ y/olds ã‹¡
[13:18] Eddi Decosta: like if i ask a refresh of my inventory in aditi
[13:19] Nathan Adored: I HAVE seen blog posts suggesting the education world might move in droves to one of the opensim grids over this issue.
[13:20] Nathan Adored: the ones working with teens, that os
[13:20] Nathan Adored: is
[13:20] Aargle Zymurgy: well, here's what I worry about: mom and dad see Jr. in SL with just a bit more "adult" activity going on than they would approve of. then a big stink arises.
[13:20] Jeremy Linden: As I said, I can't really discuss it until we release more information.
[13:20] Nathan Adored: Well, if they have special zones that kids can get to but only specially screened adults can....
[13:20] Nathan Adored: ah
[13:21] Nathan Adored: WEll, hopefully we can hash all this out at the NEXT Doc Team OH, then
[13:21] Nathan Adored: So, can any more info be imparted about the Mesh thingy now that that announcement went out tha there'd be a public beta by the end of the year?
[13:22] Jeremy Linden: Hopefully! Though I would like to remind you that my focus is largely on existing or near-release features, not decisions on company policy. Interesting though they may be :-)
[13:22] Eddi Decosta: only on viewer or server side to? ã‹¡
[13:23] Nathan Adored: still, year end is coming up fast. Just over 4 months left.
[13:23] Nathan Adored: so we don't really have THAT long to wait to see how this goes
[13:23] Jeremy Linden: My job is to write customer documentation to help people learn and use Second Life. That job is what decides where I get my information :-)
[13:24] Nathan Adored: ã‹¡
[13:24] Eddi Decosta: well, its a nice jobs about the explaine o display name ã‹¡
[13:24] Eddi Decosta: but i just need the same in french ã‹¡
[13:25] Aargle Zymurgy: everyone, I can't stick around too long.... got some objects to update. y'all have a great evening.
[13:25] Jeremy Linden: Once we have some official documentation about Display Names, it will get translated to French and German by our localization team.
[13:25] Jeremy Linden: Thanks for coming, Aargle.
[13:25] Nathan Adored: as for the choose-a-name thingy... some are anticipating issues with that, since ppl will want to have a different name for each RP world they're in.... and if you can only change your name once a week, even if you change RP sims 3 or 4 times a day....
[13:25] Aargle Zymurgy: thanks for taking time for us.
[13:25] Eddi Decosta: Jeremy ok ã‹¡
[13:25] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:26] Eddi Decosta: i could ask Laurent bechir to help me on that i think ã‹¡
[13:26] Jeremy Linden: Cool.
[13:26] Nathan Adored: and of course, some are REALLY concerned it'll be misused by griefers running around pretending to be someone else.
[13:27] Jeremy Linden: Interesting use cases, Nathan. I don't have any official responses for you, but rest assured we are listening.
[13:27] Nathan Adored: Oh, I'm just repeating what I've seen on the blogs.
[13:28] Nathan Adored: They make some really interesting points, tho
[13:28] Eddi Decosta: Jeremy, i hope the usermane like exemple.name could be writen in the localchat or IM log
[13:28] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:28] Jeremy Linden: I noticed similar concerns... I subscribe to a few Resident blogs, myself.
[13:28] CPU Core: my disappointment is the lack of anonymity the display names have
[13:28] Nathan Adored: pardon?
[13:28] CPU Core: i mean i have multiple avatars because sometimes i want to be completely left alone
[13:29] CPU Core: like others have business avatars and normal leisure
[13:29] Nathan Adored: alts, in other words?
[13:29] CPU Core: yes
[13:29] Eddi Decosta: CPU i understnd you some time lol
[13:29] CPU Core: but because you can easily identify it creates the need for alts still
[13:29] Nathan Adored: Me, I have this account, and my original grownup self. I only occasionally log on as my older self, tho
[13:30] CPU Core: i have about 4 alts
[13:30] Nathan Adored: CPU: So, in other words, it changes nothing in the at regard, really.
[13:30] CPU Core: yes
[13:30] Nathan Adored: *that regard
[13:30] Nathan Adored: <--- can't bloomin' type! oO
[13:30] Eddi Decosta: hmm Jeremy can you said me if your displayname is set like a setup of sl?
[13:30] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:31] Jeremy Linden: I'm not sure I understand, Eddi.
[13:31] CPU Core: if a person can have the ability to not be identified as something else that would help a lot.. like all we need is the ability to have a few seperate usernames ont he account
[13:32] Eddi Decosta: jeremy if i set my setting of viewer its recorded like users_seting .. in my computer , the displayname are recorded in user_setting to or its different for all user?
[13:32] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:32] CPU Core: i want to have alts and i want to have access to all my items but alts dont have that luxury
[13:32] Jeremy Linden: CPU, I think your usernames will remain as separate accounts. You will gain the ability to change how each of those accounts displays its name, though.
[13:32] Nathan Adored: Personally, it doesn't bother me that I can't acccess my alt
[13:33] Nathan Adored: Personally, it doesn't bother me that I can't acccess my alt's stuff frmo this account, and vice versa
[13:33] CPU Core has pinged you.
[13:33] Nathan Adored: But, then, I don't have all that much stuff on my grownup alt that I don't also have on this account, cept for some stuff that wasn;t available for sale anymore when I tried to get them for this account
[13:33] CPU Core: so we can access all our things and enjoy seperate identitys
[13:34] Jeremy Linden: Oh, interesting. I'm not really qualified to speculate on that, but maybe some of the Snowstorm meetings might help?
[13:35] Jeremy Linden: Hi Aelfwine and Cloud1516... Welcome to Docmentation Office Hours :-)
[13:35] CPU Core: i would delete about 4 accounts if i could sdo that
[13:35] Aelfwine Crystal: Howdy :)
[13:35] CPU Core: hi
[13:35] Aelfwine Crystal: Should I take this teeny chair?
[13:35] CPU Core: yes
[13:35] Aelfwine Crystal: /me giggles
[13:35] CPU Core: its made for you
[13:35] Jeremy Linden: We were just discussing some of the annoucements made on the blogs and at SLCC. Or not, for some of them, in my case :-)
[13:36] Aelfwine Crystal: Oh...thanks. I'm just mostly a good listener
[13:36] Nathan Adored: I wonder how long it will be before we know more about the Mesh rollout. Days? Weeks? Months?
[13:37] Jeremy Linden: I don't think I know, and if I did, I probably couldn't say!
[13:37] Jeremy Linden: Though if you're under NDA and in the beta group, you probably have a better idea than me :-)
[13:37] Nathan Adored: and did they lift some of the NDA off it that was lifted for 5 minutes a few weeks back?
[13:38] Jeremy Linden: I actually didn't know about that, sorry :-/
[13:38] Jeremy Linden: I may have more for you next week, but I can't make any promises. I'm on a mission to consolidate and re-organize all our official KB articles in the wiki.
[13:39] Nathan Adored: nice
[13:40] Jeremy Linden: Did you guys follow the events of SLCC at all?
[13:40] Nathan Adored: I watched some of the videos live, I watched some of them after the fact
[13:40] CPU Core: yes i went to most events
[13:40] Eddi Decosta: yeah, when i can ã‹¡
[13:40] CPU Core: well most events in SL
[13:40] Eddi Decosta: im from quebec , is the same timezone ã‹¡
[13:41] Jeremy Linden: I'm from the Boston area, so I got to go in real life. Maybe you saw me on the video feed :-)
[13:41] CPU Core: i dont think i remember your name mentioned
[13:41] Eddi Decosta: loll, i just laugh about the coffee thing of philip ..
[13:41] Nathan Adored: ã‹¡
[13:42] Eddi Decosta: he appear lost without coffee lol
[13:42] Jeremy Linden: Oh, I kept a pretty low profile. I wasn't presenting or anything, just sat quietly near the back of some sessions.
[13:42] CPU Core: but if i seen you i wouldnt know :)
[13:42] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Poor Pathfinder, too. 8am keynote, but at least most of us had coffee :-)
[13:42] CPU Core: yes Philip seems to vbe thinking to try say something funny so he had a chance to sip his coffee while they laugh
[13:43] Nathan Adored: clever boy! ã‹¡
[13:43] Eddi Decosta: hehe Jeremy i know the thing .. lol no worrie :p
[13:43] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:44] CPU Core: how do Lindens know each other?
[13:44] Jeremy Linden: /me searches Flickr for himself :-P
[13:44] Jeremy Linden: Hmm..
[13:44] CPU Core: what i mean is we call you Jeremy Linden.. then theres Nyx Linden
[13:44] CPU Core has pinged you.
[13:44] CPU Core: do lindens call each other by their Linden name?
[13:44] Eddi Decosta: loll Jeremy?
[13:44] Eddi Decosta has pinged you.
[13:44] CPU Core: I guess your really Jeremy
[13:44] CPU Core has pinged you.
[13:44] Jeremy Linden: I know most Lindens because I've been at the company long enough to learn most of them.
[13:44] CPU Core: but would you call Nyx Nyx?
[13:45] Jeremy Linden: Haha. In real life, it depends on the Linden. At work, I think most of us just use our Linden names :-)
[13:45] CPU Core: so in real life when talking you call each other by your linden names?
[13:45] Jeremy Linden: Nyx is in the same office as me, and I call him Nyx :-P
[13:45] CPU Core: cool
[13:45] Eddi Decosta: Linden ave realy? lol?
[13:45] Jeremy Linden: Same with Pathfinder when he was still here!
[13:45] Lena Kroll: hi to all
[13:46] Jeremy Linden: Hi Lena. Welcome to Documentation Office Hours.
[13:46] Aelfwine Crystal: Hi Lena
[13:46] Eddi Decosta: hi Lena ã‹¡
[13:46] Lena Kroll: how are you?
[13:46] CPU Core: hello Lena
[13:46] Eddi Decosta: welcome in second life to ã‹¡
[13:46] Lena Kroll: I just join
[13:46] Lena Kroll: my first day
[13:46] Lena Kroll: hihi
[13:46] Squirrel Wood: Hai!
[13:47] CPU Core: first day and your allready addicted to fashion :)
[13:47] Eddi Decosta: hey hey squirrel!
[13:47] Jeremy Linden: Cool! This is a public office hour where we're supposed to be discussing Second Life's online help, but we're mostly just talking.
[13:47] Eddi Decosta: im here to :p
[13:47] Lena Kroll: hehe
[13:47] Lena Kroll: Love fashion:)
[13:47] Squirrel Wood: Is there any extensive help articles about avatar customization? ^^
[13:48] Squirrel Wood: like, the Do's and Don'ts when using prim heavy clothing or attachments?
[13:48] Jeremy Linden: I don't know quite how extensive any particular article is, Squirrel, but at least mechanically speaking, there are articles that cover the appearance editor, attachments, and clothing.
[13:48] CPU Core: I dont think newbies actually Learn what a Linden is for quite a while
[13:48] Nathan Adored: hmmmm..... if there isn't, that sounds like a good idea,
[13:48] Jeremy Linden: Oh! Right. Anyone with the last name "Linden" is an employee of Linden Lab, the company that makes Second Life.
[13:49] Lena Kroll: aha ok
[13:49] Lena Kroll: I was just about to ask
[13:49] CPU Core: You know the Lindens have never made that clear to newbies :)
[13:49] Nathan Adored: PLus there are some with the surname Mole who are builders mostly.
[13:49] Nathan Adored: Moles also work for LL
[13:50] CPU Core: once you know it then its not an issue but I think when i first started it took me a couple of months before i knew what a Linden was.... most dotn encounter them at all for quite a long time
[13:50] Lena Kroll: uff guys I have no idea how SL works
[13:50] Lena Kroll: hehe
[13:50] Jeremy Linden: Indeed. I'm looking for the Knowledge Base article that describes Lindens.
[13:50] Aelfwine Crystal: hehe, I had the interesting chance to encounter Philip the other day
[13:50] CPU Core: cool :)
[13:51] Jeremy Linden: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Who_are_Lindens%3F
[13:51] CPU Core: i met Philip once
[13:51] Aelfwine Crystal: Thoug hhe was away, and didnt come back until about a minute before I had to log off :/
[13:51] Nathan Adored: So, are there articles about the best way to make prim-based and script-based clothes so they do the max good with the minimum primmage and scriptage?
[13:51] CPU Core: d
[13:51] Nathan Adored: and attachments?
[13:51] Aelfwine Crystal: So I just said "hope the 'new' job is treating you well"
[13:52] CPU Core: are you spanish Lena?
[13:52] Jeremy Linden: That's a heavily subjective concept, Nathan, but the wiki is wide open for new articles :-)
[13:52] Lena Kroll: nope
[13:52] Lena Kroll: I m from Slovenia-europe
[13:52] CPU Core: oh right
[13:52] Lena Kroll: you?
[13:53] CPU Core: ok it was just i dont hear "uff" very often except from mostly spanish/one of my spanish friends :)
[13:53] CPU Core: UK
[13:53] Lena Kroll: hihi I m half italian
[13:53] CPU Core: so its a mediterannean thing?
[13:53] Nathan Adored: what's the other half? :D
[13:53] Lena Kroll: thats why...and plus living 2km from Italy
[13:54] Lena Kroll: half italian half slovenian
[13:54] Nathan Adored: ah
[13:54] Aelfwine Crystal: I like half and half, it's great in coffee :P
[13:54] Lena Kroll: have you guys been long time on SL?
[13:55] Aelfwine Crystal: Well, i'm giving away secrets if I say this, but over 4 years for me
[13:55] Lena Kroll: wow
[13:55] CPU Core: this is one of my younger alts
[13:55] Jeremy Linden: I have been in SL since 2005, and I have been a Linden since 2007 :-)
[13:55] CPU Core: ive been on here since 2006
[13:55] CPU Core: i been on since 2006
[13:55] CPU Core: err i thought that wasnt going to appear
[13:55] Aelfwine Crystal: Early 06 *she points to her chest
[13:56] Nathan Adored: I've been actively here for a bit more than a year, but my orioginall account is from back in 07..... but I couldn't log on until 09 because my old machine wasn't good enough to run the viewer.
[13:56] Lena Kroll: u long time...
[13:56] CPU Core: my first visit o SL was a big failure
[13:56] Lena Kroll: good on you
[13:57] Nathan Adored: CPU: Oh?
[13:57] CPU Core: i log in for a couple of hours
[13:57] CPU Core: but then experienced problems and not return for a month when i thought i should take another look
[13:57] Lena Kroll: and did you guys design this place? or wos this place all ready here?
[13:57] Nathan Adored: /me smiles.
[13:57] CPU Core: it was then i found my way onto the main grid and realised there was much more
[13:57] Nathan Adored: ah
[13:58] Time Minder: You have been online for 1 hours.
[13:58] Jeremy Linden: Everything in the whole SL world was created by users of SL.
[13:58] Lena Kroll: well hmm ok, but I mean the design
[13:58] Jeremy Linden: I made this wooden pier, and I placed the seating here, if that's what you mean :-)
[13:59] Lena Kroll: yep
[13:59] Nathan Adored: nice, eclectic mix of furniture types. heh
[13:59] CPU Core: anyone can learnt o make things in SL.. lets hope it stays like that when mesh comes
[13:59] Jeremy Linden: That was an interesting day. Jon Linden and I went shopping to a few furniture stores and bought lots of couches :-)
[13:59] Squirrel Wood: in the beginning there was the void...
[13:59] Aelfwine Crystal: I dont "make" stuff per se, but I throw together other peoples things
[13:59] Nathan Adored: Well, I'm looking forward to seeing the new kinds of avatars Mesh will bring.
[13:59] CPU Core: if mesh isnt made in the client people wont feel the motivation to build with inferior prims anymore
[14:00] Nathan Adored: well, it HAS been said that there'll be ways to edit meshes in world, sorta like there's ways to edit sculpties in world
[14:00] Jeremy Linden: I wonder about that, CPU. My personal, non-official opinion is that in-viewer building is too convenient to ever die :-)
[14:00] Nathan Adored: /me nods nods nods
[14:01] Lena Kroll: sorry guys to interupt you
[14:01] CPU Core: i think SLs building tools is the treal hook that kept people into SL
[14:01] Lena Kroll: was nice to meet you hope to see you soon
[14:01] CPU Core: it seems to me that keeping the building tools upto date is the most important thing
[14:02] Lena Kroll: bye
[14:02] Jeremy Linden: No worries, Lena! I'm here to help new SL Residents as much as I can.
[14:02] CPU Core: bye Lena
[14:02] Nathan Adored: they'll still be able to build the previous ways, so far as I understand it, you'll jhust have additional ways to build stuff too
[14:02] Aelfwine Crystal: Ah, well, nice seeing y'all, I have to go though. Take care everyone, walk in peace :)
[14:02] CPU Core: was nice meeting you too
[14:02] Lena Kroll: a thx
[14:02] Jeremy Linden: She's doing well for her first day!
[14:02] Nathan Adored: /me nods nods nods
[14:02] CPU Core: yes she is
[14:02] Nathan Adored: may have had help
[14:03] Jeremy Linden: Anyway, cutting here for the chat transcript!
