I wonder if it might be useful to re-work this diagram? At the moment, it looks like there is a flow hierarchy, a progression within mentors from Buddy through to Scribe. I'm sure the VTeam don't want to convey this impression, and would accept that all roles within mentors are equal? This could be done in the manner of a family tree, i.e. a horizontal line with all the roles coming off like "children" (and the associated sub-role - e.g. Apprentice Buddies - linked the way the diagram does now, with a nice red arrow), and would better convey the reality of Mentor roles than this slightly ambiguous flow.
