A153 is the temporary name given to a Sim Cluster. It is located at Coordinates 830-833/1276-1283, Grid Sector H3, Northern Ocean. It has an interesting form. In its center, there is a Microcontinent, with another small microcontinent in South. Sims have interesting names: FutureWork, CNDG, PAH, HGTC. They are owned by a single estate. Ranking is General and access is granted for public for central sims, but not for all land. It is all a teaching/research place. This is a teen estate owned by an institution.
