• I request to hold off on the election until 3-4 weeks are gone and we are sure to make a team as Jean wants it. Till then I suggest Orlandoo to be contact person to Jean (but not leader), cause he is owner of the group. (D.L.)
Ich beantrage, die Wahl zu verschieben und erst dann durchzuführen, wenn wir in 3-4 Wochen sicher sind, das von Jean gewünschte Team zu sein. Bis dahin soll Orlandoo als Gruppen-Owner einzige Projekt-Kontaktperson zu Jean sein, dabei aber keine echten Leitungsfunktionen haben. (D.L.)
There was a discussion, if an election at the given moment is necessary or makes sense. No agreement, but the attendees started an election after a while.
Decision: elected persons are contact persons to Jean only, responsible for giving group information to Jean and passing all information from Jean to the group. They will not have powers of leaders or managers.
During discussion all were asked to tell their skills for the project. As some asked not to be mentioned as attendees of this meeting, this personal information will be kept as a notecard available from the writer of this summary. Notecard will only be given out to attendees who also provided personal information. Information on this notecard is for private use only and must not be passed to any other.
Es wurde diskutiert, ob eine Wahl zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt nötig und sinnvoll ist. Keine Übereinstimmung, aber schließlich wurde eine Wahl unter den Anwesenden durchgeführt.
Entschluss: die gewählten Personen sind lediglich Ansprechparter für Jean, verantwortlich für die Weitergabe von Infos von der Gruppe an Jean und zurück. Sie haben keine Zuständigkeit als Führungs- oder Entscheidungsträger.
Während der Diskussion wurden die Anwesenden gebeten, ihre Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf das Projekt anzugeben. Da es Stimmen gab, die nicht einverstanden sind mit der Bekanntgabe ihrer Beteiligung an dem Meeting, werden die hier gemachten Angaben vom Schreiber dieses Protokolls als Notecard zur Verfügung gestellt und nur an die ausgegeben, die dort selbst persönliche Angaben gemacht haben. Diese Notecard ist absolut vertraulich und darf nicht weitergegeben werden.

No unique information availabe. Land won for building should be used for the group activities. Representatives will provide a list of mentors that claimed land there and will find out, when these parcels have to be ready for use.
