What is this about?

The LSL Portal offers Residents a documentation of the Linden Scripting Language (LSL). In order to give German Residents the possibility to learn this programming language, the GsLs are trying to translate the portal.

Procedure

Linguists can assign themselfs to certain articles and mark translations as in progress or done.
It is suggested that the templates are translated first, since many of them are needed to translate the articles. However, this can be a little tricky, since they are connected. Therefor, Kuraiko created a Wiki sandbox environment to test the translated templates prior to their implementation. This way, we won't spam the SL Wiki with to many edits.
Since the function, event and constant templates are already translated, those who don't feel fine with the translation of templates can translate functions, constants, events or even tutorials.

Upcoming: Further documentation on how to translate an LSL article.
