How to search the Knowledge Base
If browsing through the Knowledge Base didn't get you the answer you were hoping for, try searching for some pertinent keywords.
- In the frame to the left of this article, you should see a field with a Search button next to it.
- Type whatever keywords you think are appropriate into the text field and click Search.
- For more advanced search options, click the Advanced Search link beneath the text field before entering your search terms.
- If you'd like some tips on these search options, click the Search Help link beneath the text field.
