It is possible for two people to simultaneously order adjacent Private Regions:
 
 
# The first person must order a Private Region.
# The second person must also order a Private Region.
# ''Both'' people must submit tickets to the Support Portal requesting that their Regions be adjacent to each other.

Clint and Brandy each want to purchase a Private Region, and they would like their Regions to share a common border. Both Clint and Brandy order their Regions separately through the Land Store, and then they ''both'' submit support tickets to the Concierge queue requesting that their Regions be placed adjacent to each other.
