An employee of Linden Lab. Linden employees are referred to as “Lindens” because all of them have that last name for their Second Life accounts. Some also got test accounts with the name Tester.

Lindens can have different administrative abilities in Second Life which exceed the abilities of regular Residents. Read more about it in the god mode article. All Lindens are asked to adhere to the Tao of Linden, many are hosting office hours, got houses in Linden Village and are giving their own Linden Bears to interested Residents.
