As of April 24, 2008, setup prices for land in the Second Life world have changed to the following:
 
* Normal Islands: USD$1000
* Normal Openspaces: USD$250
* Educational Islands: USD$700
* Educational Openspaces: USD$175
 
These prices exclude VAT.
 
Monthly maintenance fees have not changed from their current levels.
