Summary

Function: float llAcos( float val );

Returns a float that is the arccosine in radians of val

• float val val must fall in the range [-1.0, 1.0]. (-1.0 <= val <= 1.0)

The returned value is in the range [0, PI]

Examples

<lsl>// Touch the object with this script in it to see the arccosine of random numbers! default {

   touch_start(integer num)
   {
       float r = llFrand(2) - 1.0;
       llOwnerSay("The arccosine of " + (string)r + " is " + (string)llAcos(r));
   }
}</lsl>
