Summary

Function: vector llGroundContour( vector offset );

Returns a vector that is the ground contour direction below the prim position + offset. The contour is the direction of a contour line at that point, that is the direction in which there is no change in elevation.

• vector offset offset relative to the prim's position and expressed in local coordinates

Only the x and y coordinates in offset are important, the z component is ignored. The requested position needs to be in the same sim.

Specification

This function is defined as: <lsl> vector llGroundContour(vector offset) {

   vector slope = llGroundSlope(offset);
   return <-slope.y, slope.x, 0.0>;

} </lsl>
