Summary

Opens an HTTP server to the prim the script is callng the function in, returning the connection URL as a string.
Returns a string that is a URL identifying the HTTP server.

Returned URI: http://sim###.agni:portofsimulator/uuid
Ex: http://sim4212.agni:1337/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Caveats

• This function causes the script to sleep for 0.1 seconds.
• Attachments receive a new URL on every region change. See llGetHTTPServerURL
