This sequence of meetings will try to train you in using some of these devices designed by myself for my classes.
Animated textures in SL form the basis of things like running water, awesome artwork and cool dance floors.  


First lesson will illustrate the usage of an interactive chalkboard where Teachers and Students can aggregate live information while doing the lesson. Scripted object will be given opensourced as a useful Educational Freebie.

Animating an avatar involves those nasty but fun things called permissions! Come along and learn how to control avatar animations using scripts, and learn how to create cool things like dance floors and poseballs!

This class is not for beginners, you should know the structure of a script, how to link, unlink and edit objects and you should have an idea of the use of if statements in scripts. So, not really the class for beginners, but to call this advanced scripting ... it's just one of the next steps after your first scripts.

Second lesson will illustrate how to prepare and upload slideshows inworld using specialized slideshow presenters. Using the new features of 1.21 Browser it is possible to dynamically highlight section of the boards to make lessons clearer and focused. Scripted object will be given opensourced as a useful Educational Freebie.
