The Second Life mentors are hosting a Weekend of Learning at their Headquarters at Tenera where they share their wealth of information in a week packed full of classes! Previously this has been held only over a weekend but we're trialing a week during September.

| Description: | Many uses of SL involve textual content for teaching, presenting, showing information. XyText is a genial way for showing textual content without many prims and without uploading textures. Focus of the class is teaching how the basic elements of this invention work and how to glue them together. Some knowledge of building (aligning, texturing) and of scripting is required, but even no-scripter and no-builders can have a glimpse of how this is working :) |
