You can easily see your order history (transaction logs) at any time. Tentatively with the launch of the Marketplace, logs are kept for "a year" until the year is up, then the Commerce Team decides what it should be following that. If keeping records is important to you, you should make frequent backups of your order history.

Shoppers

  1. Login to the Marketplace.
  2. Click My Marketplace and click My Account.
  3. On the left, click Order history. You can also check other account-specific information here.

KBtip2.png Tip: You won't have an order history unless you've made one or more purchases.

At this time, there isn't a standard format export for shoppers like there is for sellers, as shown below.

Sellers

As a merchant, you can see what other Residents have bought from you:

  1. Login to the Marketplace.
  2. Click My Marketplace and click Merchant Home.
  3. On the left, under Reports, click Orders. (Not to be confused with the other Others heading above.)
  4. On the Orders page, specify a Start Date and End Date by clicking the calendar dropdowns.
  5. Click Go to refresh the page.
  6. On the right, click Download CSV Output to download a CSV file that can be read in various applications, like Microsoft Excel.
