Accept your delivery inworld

After purchasing an item, you will see a notification like this in your Second Life Viewer:

Click the Keep button to confirm you want the item.

If you purchased multiple items, you'll need to click each little box icon in the bottom bar (which means "item received") to show its notification, then click Keep for each item.
