A Primitive or prim is a single part object. Multi-part objects will have multiple primitive parts ("prims").
There are seven primitive types:
- box
- cylinder
- prism
- sphere
- torus
- tube
- ring
Certain types of primitives can be made flexible.
There are seven primitive material types:
- stone
- metal
- glass
- wood
- flesh
- plastic
- rubber
