SL Birthday Events
Quand L'anniversaire aua t il lieu ?(SL7B)
le 23 Juin 2010 Second Life aura officiellement 7 ans. En préparation de notre fête d'anniversaire, les Linden et des résidents volontaires préparent le terrain, font l'aménagement paysager afin que tout soit pret pour la célébration.
L'événement débutera à 10h00 le lundi 21 Juin et se terminera le dimanche 27 Juin avec la participation des meilleurs éléments de Second Life, musiciens, orateurs, artistes, chefs d'entreprise, gourous des médias, commerçants,organisateurs d'évènements, et les autres résidents spéciaux comme vous.
indisponible a ces dates ? Pas de soucis. Nous allons laisser le site qui comprend 20 régions ouvert une semaine complémentaire, et sa fermeture officielle sera le 3 Juillet.
A Propos du Theme
Le thème de la fête d'anniversaire de cette année est "Unexpected Collaborations." Second Life est un espace social et un espace de création. Une des atouts de Second Life est d'apprendre a reoncontrer et collaborer avec des gens que nous avons jamais vu d'une façon différente de celle a laquelle on s'attend.
Nous construisons ensemble, on danse ensemble, nous créons des entreprises ainsi que les partenariats et des groupes. Nous avons des clubs où les amis se réunissent régulièrement, des expositions d'art et des défilés de mode, des expéditions shopping, des sims et quartiers résidentiels, des salles de classe, et les zones de jeu de rôle.
Tous ces espaces collaboratifs sont des lieux où l'on apprend les uns des autres et ou chacun s'engage dans des collaborations innatendues chaque jour.
Cet événement offre une excellente occasion de commencer à penser à votre propre cdéveloppement collaboratif dans Second Life, toutes ces expériences qui vous donnent envie de rester et de créer quelque chose de nouveau et intéressant.Du merveilleux, étrange et innatendu, qui vous étonnera encore et encore, dans cette seconde vie

Faites votre demande de parcelle pour le SL7B dès aujourd'hui! Nous offrons des parcelles de 512 m2 (117 prims) et 1024 m2 (234 prims) pour les exposants prouvant leur valeur ajoutée a l'évènement SL7B. Si vous êtes intéressé, veuillez remplir le SL7B Exhibitor Application avant le 20 mai. Les explosants choisins seront avisés par courriel le 3 Juin et pourront commencer à construire le 5 Juin.

Si vous êtes un artiste ou si vous souhaitez animer le SL7B, merci de postuler en remplissant le SL7B Entertainment Application en nous parlant de vous et de votre disponibilité. votre demande doit être faite avant le 20 mai et notre équipe d'animation prendra contact avec vous au plus tard le Juin 1.

Dates Importantes
- 12 Mai — Ouverture des Candidtaures pour les exposants et artistes.
- 20 Mai — Fin des Candidatures.
- 3 Juin — Exposants sélectionnés sont notifiés.
- 5 Juin — Exposants peuvent commencer leur travail sur leur parcelle sur le site SL7B.
- 18 Juin — Tous les exposants doivent avoir fini leur travail.

- 21 Juin — 10:00 a.m. SLT: Ouverture des postes au publique et cérémonies d'ouverture.
- 23 Juin — Anniversaire!
- 26 Juin — Cérémonie officielle de cloture.
- 27 Juin - Dernier jour des festivités.
- 3 Juillet - Fermeture des porte.
Politiques de l'événement
Merci beaucoup aux Lindens et aux bénévoles qui menent cet événement ensemble. C'est grâce à notre/votre travail de collaboration que nous avons jeté les bases d'événements futurs que nous amélioront au fur et a mesure de votre / notre implication.
Classification Adulte
L'anniversaire SecondLife (SL7B) a lieu sur la grille principale de Second Life, celle réservée aux personnes majeures. L'événement est classé General (aka PG) maturity rating, toutes les règles sy appliquant y sont en vigueur. Les exposants peuvent fournir des LandMark pour les régions "Adultes", mais celles ci doivent être clairement identifiées.
Le contenu doit être en regle avec les regles "Mature / Adulte" General (aka PG) maturity rating : Injures, rascisme et propos fortement orientés sexuellement. La nudités et le caractere sexuel des textures, des sons et animations n'est aps autorisé. Les contenu sexuels, de violence ou autre rascisme / guerre ne le sont pas non plus. Les sollicitation au sexe en chat son interdits. etc ...
General (aka PG) maturity rating guidelines, Second Life Terms of Service et Second Life Community Standards s'appliquent a TOUS les participants et visiteurs du SL7B.
Modalité des exhibitions
- Chaque exposant, participant et artiste doit se conformer au Second Life Terms of Service et Second Life Community Standards.
- limitation de Prims (en accord avec la taille de la parcelle) sera reforcé. Aucune dérogation , respectez votre quota.
- Cette evenement se passe sur 20 régions avec une classification General (aka PG) maturity rating. tous les visiteurs, exposants et artistes doivent s'y conformer.
- Il y aura deux types de parcelels cette année: 512 m2 (117 prims) et 1024 m2 (234 prims).
- Pas de megaprims autorisées sur les évenements sponsiorisés par Linden.
- Ni vente, ni donnation seront autrorisées. Cadeau Gratuit (aka "freebies") et landmarks vers zone externes sont autorisés, voir recommandés.
- Donneur (cliquable) de notes sont acceptés. Les Giveurs automatiques qui spams les avatars a leur arrivés ne sont pas parmis.
- pas de matériel / objets incitant a la haine seront autorisés.
- Pas de contrefacon en terme de marques et de droits d'auteurs seront aurtorisés. Cela comprend la vie réelle ou virtuelle , les grandes marques, logos, sons, graphismes qui ne sont pas votre propriété.
- Une seule place exposant sera autorisé par résident / groupe
- Le contenu Web Sites, ou des liens qui sont distribués doivent être en phase avec l'exposition et l'exposant.
- Vous devez être membre du "Second Life Birthday Exhibitors group " pour accéder au site SL7B. Après approbation, vous serez invité à rejoindre le groupe et avoir accès à votre espace attribué.
- Vous aurez besoin de mettre tous les objets avec "Second Life Birthday Exhibitors group " ou ils seront automatiquement retournés dans votre inventairesaprès 1 minute.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to do any terraforming (including any water exposing from terraforming). Please contact
your Exhibitor Assistant for any terraforming or land option requests.
- Exhibitors have 5 days to claim their land by putting a prim down. June 10 is the last day to claim your land. We
will give your land to another exhibitor on June 12 if you have not claimed it.
- Please do not not ask for an invitation to the Second Life Exhibitors group if you are not an exhibitor or
assisting an exhibitor. The assistants will be screening all requests against a database of applicant names. If you
have not been referred by a current exhibitor or have not submitted an application that has been accepted (via
emailed acceptance letter from Linden Lab), you will not be granted access.
Builder Policies
- The volunteer staff of SL7B is here to help you with reasonable requests for assistance with your build. Harassing
these volunteers is not acceptable. They are not being paid to be abused, called names, or manipulated for your
personal ends. Please be courteous to these fellow Residents who are giving their time and energy for the good of
the community. Any builders, exhibitors, or attendees who habitually harass staff will be removed from the
event.
- Please keep texture size as low as possible and reuse textures when you can. 512x512 or its equivalent should be
your maximum texture size in almost any situation.
- Scripts that ping the server for information, like scanners, visitor logs, etc have a greater impact on region
performance than scripts that don't interact with the server. If possible please do not use any scripts that require
interacting with the region server or an external server/database for information to function.
- Sculpted prims cause more client side lag than standard prims in general; use sculpts sparingly for a smoother
experience. Same with flexi prims.
- Please try to restrict the use of physics-enabled objects and remember that no temp-on-rez prims allowed. Exhibits
that utilize the physics engine will be reviewed prior to opening to make sure that they will not cause problems
when the regions are filled with visitors.
- You will need to set all items to the Second Life Birthday group or they will auto return after 1 minute.
- Upon receiving your acceptance via email, if you do not receive an invitation to the Second Life Birthday
Exhibitors group in a timely fashion, please leave a message in the general Second Life Birthday group, requesting
help from an Exhibitor Assistant. The Exhibitor Assistants are here to help you get acclimated, as well as make sure
you and your building team have invites.
- Your Exhibitor Assistant will also remind you of the policies and protocols and inform you who your Region
Coordinator is in case you need help with other, more elaborate issues. The Exhibitor Assistants will help answer
all of your questions.
- By building at SL7B, you are agreeing to keep your displays within the guidelines of the General (aka PG) maturity rating. Of course, that means things like nudity or violence are not acceptable. Linden Lab reserves
the right to determine the limits of nudity or violence, and may ask you to adjust your entries accordingly.
- Every exhibitor and attendee must adhere to the [http://secondlife.com/corporate/tos.php Second Life Terms of
Service] and Second Life Community Standards.
- Selling is prohibited. Free gifts, or "freebies," are fine. Additionally, displays should have actual content, not
just look like advertisements. This is a non-commercial zone intended to showcase the best ideas, solutions,
craftsmanship, and community that Second Life Residents have to offer.
- Donation solicitations in any form—be it verbally or from a kiosk—are prohibited. While we appreciate the efforts
Residents make to inform, educate, and encourage support of charitable causes, this Linden-sponsored event cannot be
used as a vehicle for the procurement of donations for charity. Allowance of such can be misconstrued as a public
endorsement would require legal intervention. While within your exhibit you may provide external links and landmarks
to locations that provide an avenue for donations to be made, they may not be made directly from the event
fairgrounds in any respect. It is impossible for us to verify the legitimacy of every organization participating.
- Megaprims are prohibited at Linden-sponsored events. We've said it before and we'll say it again.
- The Second Life Birthday group and Second Life Birthday Exhibitors group are designed solely for the purpose of
streamlining information between staff and the community. In either of those groups, questions can be asked, group
invitations may be requested by exhibitors for their team, but idle chat is discouraged. For exhibitors who would
like to discuss their exhibits, speak with other exhibitors, share ideas and tips, or play games, you can join SL7B
Exhibitors if you don't mind general discussion. Remember: That is a community channel and discussion should be
expected if you join!
- If you have needs that an Exhibitor Assistant cannot take care of, such as terraform issues or land customization,
please ask your Exhibitor Assistant to ask your Sim Coordinator for further assistance with such tasks.

zone. We're here to get something wonderful accomplished, working together behind the scenes. We're collaborating.
