SLVEC Large Shops
Ongoing Committees are formed to assist in permanent needs or projects. Membership is open to all Mentors. Committees may be formed by any Mentor wishing to address a need within Mentors. Committee Meetings should be posted on the Mentor Event Calendar as well as announced in other resources for Mentor communication.

- To help Mentors communicate, setup and maintain the Build, Tools, Script and Orientation Shops on SLVEC

The concept for the Scripting, Tools and Orientation Shop is to have it seperated in a socializing and an educational part. The socializing part is to provide a space for Mentors of the same interest to get together, discuss and learn from each other while the educational part provides freebies, tutorials and demos. Every shop will have a unique design fitting its topic. So the Scripting Shop for example will have a very modern style while the Orientation Shop has a safari/explorers flavour. Textures and empty boxes fitting the theme will be provided. We suggest the following guidlines for these three shops:
- Be consistent with the look
- Try to make sure that the item you're going to contribute isn't already in the shop.
- If there is something similar to your item, please talk to the owner of it, so you may be able to melt those two into one.
These guidelines are recommendations of the Large Shops Commitee, not editing guidelines of the VTeam. Every mentor can contribute.
