• The Second Life Apprentice Mentors group is for those who need to fulfill the orientation class and shadowing requirement. It is the entrance group that will help prepare you with resources and guidance related to volunteering.

After you have been invited into the Apprentice group and completed an Orientation session and shadowing experience, you will be transferred into the Second Life Mentor program.

• Reminder: While in the Apprentice group, Apprentice Mentors are not eligible to apply for the Mentor Q&A group or any of the roles offered in the main Second Life Mentors group.

Approximately once per quarter, those Apprentice Mentors who have not yet fulfilled the requirements will be removed from the Second Life Mentor Apprentice group and will need to re-submit an application to the volunteer program through the following link: http://secondlife.com/community/volunteer.php
