Default Avatar Appearance Follow Up
Back in January we asked what were the biggest complaints you were getting from new users about their appearance. Your responses indicated skin, hair, and clothing were among the more obvious pain points with default avatars. To address this we contracted a new set of default avatars from Resident designers and recently made them available on our website and in the viewer.

Residents frequently turn on beacons by accident. This can be frustrating for those who don't know what they are. Please take the following survey to give your thoughts about beacons.

Mentors please take the follow survey to name Mentor(s) you feel had a very positive impact on the volunteer program over the last 3 months. Please give some examples of what you have seen in their actions/behavior that makes you want to recognize this Mentor as an outstanding volunteer.
