Updates

The main channel got the CDN asset fetching project for Textures and Meshes
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_Server/14#14.10.17.295641
RC BlueSteel, RC LeTigre, RC Magnum, and RC Snack are now all on the CDN project
- This update contains miscellaneous improvements
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_BlueSteel/14#14.10.24.295913
RC Snack was dissolved, as it was no longer needed for CDN testing
- Regions were moved to their original channels
The HTTP test viewer was promoted to the release version
- This viewer is the one Monty presented in past user groups
- It offers significant performance improvements for inventory, texture, and mesh fetching
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_Release/3.7.19.295700
