  • Fixed. Little testing and will send for review. Estimate ~20 minutes.
• Added info about build error (fatal error C1060: compiler is out of heap space ) to the wiki.

• BUG STORM-595 (Viewer should stop spamming AgentThrottle messages as the slider is dragged)
  • Correct my fix which breaks Windows build

• BUG (STORM-1111) Blocks of chat log are being read in from then rewritten with new timestamps.

• Bug STORM-1118 (Viewer crashes when user tries to upload image without JFIF header):
  • Updated the fix with a comment requested by Boroondas.
• Bug STORM-1143 (Server sometimes says region isn't capable of storing environment settings):
  • Fixed.
• Bug STORM-1139 ("Apply Changes to Region" works for water but not for sky):
  • Explained to Torley what exactly is stored on server.
• Code review.
• Tried to write down my undestanding of how WLES work, but gave up due to behavior inconsistencies which should be fixed rather than documented.

• Continue WL work.

• OPEN-9 : waiting to see if will have to learn python in order to have autobuild generate text log automaticaly.
