The main attraction is for sure the Treasure Island Jungle in the sim centre.
Spice Islands was always a busy and creative place, so it has hosted quite some builds and places in the past as Mission Sea Promenade or another example the Mission-Super-Mare Docklands and also the Mission Brothers Gay Beach.
