What bug did you have in mind? I'll add it for you (I have no fear of screwing things up; that doesn't mean i won't :p ). -- Strife <small>(talk|contribs)</small> 14:55, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanx Strife. I just typed out a long winded sob story bout how I am a nuisance and will stop being a pain one day and saved it and it vanished. My entire life is bugged!! Then Harleen added Her comments below so I think I should at least try to do it myself. I didn't even realise I  had the wrong page either (wrong date). No surprise my scripting is a bloody mess eh?

Thank you Harleen. I'll give it a bash after I get a cup of tea.

Revision as of 08:14, 25 May 2009

Could someone with the knowledge please write a short simple description of how one adds an issue to this page correctly? I am afraid I dunno how but would like to. Even though it may be obvious I just don't wanna make a mess. Thanx in advance -- Eddy 11:38, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

Since the categories are pretty much set any additions typically go under Fast Track Import. Go into Edit mode on the main Page and under Fast Track Import's comment place the JIRA issues you want in Wiki format:

* - the JIRA key - Votes: ## - The JIRA summary - the reporter - Last Triaged: Triaged date if it has been triaged before

Example:

* - VWR-11420 - Votes: 14 - Objects/textures are removed from viewer memory too aggressively - dan linden - Last Triaged: 5/13/2009 8:39 AM

If you want to add comments of your own under the JIRA issue, use a double asterisk:

** Comment on above JIRA issue --~~~~

Then in the edit Summary put a short description of the change you made, e.g. "Added VWR-11420 to the Fast Track". Then save the page. --Harleen Gretzky 15:00, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
