Alter One of the First Sentences

I'd strongly encourage that the following be changed:

You have valid payment info on file for your account, if your account was created after August 20, 2006. You can update your payment information here. You don't need to have a Premium account.

I would add to the end, ", but you must have a valid credit card on record. (You will not be charged for Forum use.)" between "account" and the final period. This would clarify the situation that was frustrating me when I was trying to read the Forums for the first time.

Hi,

I need help about Voice chat.

For some of our colleagues, the Voice chat takes a long time to get connected. In the Local Chat, it says "Connecting to In-World Voice Chat".... and stays there for a long time. It does not get "Connected" for a very long time. Do we have any tips / workaround for this ? Is it a TP configuration issue ? or is it something else ?

Can anyone help ?
