I'm working on an avatar that is supposed to be able to attach to surfaces, similar to an inspect.  While I have the attaching-to-surfaces thing down, the problem is that, particularly on vertical surfaces like walls, I am unable to rotate the avatar so it appears that the feet are touching the ground, instead of being glued by the hip.  Is there any way to do this in LSL without using a vehicle? -- [[User:Fred Rookstown|Fred Rookstown]] 03:35, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

llSetRootRotation-like method

I'm working on an avatar that is supposed to be able to attach to surfaces, similar to an insect. While I have the attaching-to-surfaces thing down, the problem is that, particularly on vertical surfaces like walls, I am unable to rotate the avatar so it appears that the feet are touching the ground, instead of being glued by the hip. Is there any way to do this in LSL without using a vehicle? -- Fred Rookstown 03:35, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
