Brief test 2/8/10 04:30-05:00. Seems more laggy. FPS ~10-15. TPed to Chilbo Town Hall {Lag Central). FPS 0-5.1, average 1.1 TPed to bare room with default wood texture floor. Close focused on floor FPS 11.3. Relogged with current SL client. Close focused on floor FPS 45 (indicating 65-69)

Noticed Snowglobe camera still unable to go below "ground".

Can you condense this into a SNOW issue or send a mail to the OpenSource-Dev mailing list? I doubt that it will be caught here...

Snowglobe 2 : Open Source Snowglobe branded viewer based off the Viewer 2.0 codebase:

  • Snowglobe 2.0 trunk (Experimental): Windows Mac (2.0.0.0, February 22, 2010) (release notes)
  • Linux binaries are not available yet. You need to build from source if you want to run Snowglobe 2.0 on Linux.
