Wouldn't This Be More Texture Efficient In World If Its Letter Index Took Letter Frequency Into Account? So The Most Likely Combinations Are On Fewer Textures?

Wouldn't This Be More Texture Efficient In World If Its Letter Index Took Letter Frequency Into Account? So The Most Likely Combinations Are On Fewer Textures?
