Is this needed?
Is this template needed? We've had the Issue template for years for precisely this purpose.

- I think it might be nice if one or both of these was connected to a template based on Template:Issue, so we can get a similar format with support for type/resolution etc., but in a format that it's includable without the use of a table (so it will work in lists), the format of Template:JiraIssue and Template:Jira should both be compatible with the format used for Template:Issue if I'm not mistaken? I might take a stab at porting some bits of Template:Issue, but I'm really not much good with the logic stuff in templates, I think it's all those damnable curly brackets =)
