Hi! I am Amber Linden. I have been with Linden Lab since June of 2006 and enjoying it more all the time. I was hired as a Liaison as part of the budding Customer Support division. For two years I worked with the V-team, a group of Lindens dedicated to the support of the Second Life Volunteers, residents helping residents for the betterment of Second Life.

In December of 2008 I was transfered back to Customer Support (my first love) as part of the I-world Team, now known as the RESI-Team. If you need help in Second Life please check out the Support Portal on the Second Life website. Submit a ticket or open a Live Chat session and you will be helped by members of my team.

My office hour is on Wednesdays from 9am - 10am SLT. Discussion is your choice, no set topics, I look forward to seeing you there!
