This list is the list that I use to keep track of issues that I cull "as I see them" from the automatic data list that's used to populate the Bug triage agenda.

I will as a matter of course generally put why an issue is on the list next to the issue however if you would like more information feel free to leave a note on my talk page or IM me in world politely asking and I will do my best to answer fully as quickly as possible.

Note: This list is just what I use for my internal use and is not meant to dictate what other people should do

To use sparingly when a user repeatedly has issues on the list with 0% viable issues

Issues that repeatedly appear on the list and shouldn't or can't be triaged but shouldn't be resolved on the JIRA
