Not that long after starting Hunter started a small one person venture named '''Second Life Advertising & Events Agency (SL AEA)'''. After a little while the company started expanding, and Hunter met Yacobheimer125 Voom and Akain Timeless, who quickly became part owners of the company. They had land in the region of Pop, donated to them by an employee. In mid-December they sold the land and acquired a plot in Ty Dejavu's estate region of Evolve, where the company built there head quarters. However lacking clients, need and interest the company quickly collapsed. Yacobheimer promptly left the company to start IE Tech, in which he created the IE Tool. Over the next few weeks the land slowly went from being AEA, to becoming the location of Six Flags Evolve, which was inspired by Six Flags Yarmouth.
Hunter started the purchase of Leviathan from Puck Rinkitink, in the last few days of December 2008, by the end of February 2009, Hunter became full owner of Leviathan, which had by that time be renamed at Hunter's request/cost to Haven.

AH Corporation '''(Hunter Akain Corporation)''' was created by Hunter and Akain after Six Flags Evolve failed. There "lease" on the land in Evolve expired not that long after the creation of AH Corp. Meaning they had to find new land, thats when Hunter found a small 1536 sq m parcel in Bannockburn, which he quickly purchased. At this point the IE Tool had been out for a while, so Yacob came back to Hunter and Akain wanting to help out with AH Corporation. So he help start the AH Tool as it is today, for that he became the company's CEO, and is constantly helping out with things. The company nows owns numerous parcels of land all around the grid, with there head quarters in Alcove as it has been since January.

Hunter joined [ASR] in early May, as an admiral by order of [ASR] Lord Henry Gontermann on ASR] Emporer Shawn Hutchinson. He quickly ranked up, in the process donating 1536 sq m of land in Arpeggio. In early june, Hunter was promoted to Lord due to voting by the other lords. Hunter has slowly started the process of reforming the army, by enforcing the rules more then they were before, getting Shawn to increase the lord's power over the army, banning the 'NK Tool' which doing so decreased lag on base dramatically. The now Lord Trommler, also released the AH Tool into [ASR] for free, making it the official tool of the army. He continues to reform the army from its old state.
