Hunter joined Second Life on October 6th of 2007. He discovered Second Life through a news program in his city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; Which featured a story on NAIT (Northern Alberta Technical Institute), who bought a region on the main grid of Second Life to build a virtual campus on.
Haven
Hunter started the purchase of Leviathan from Puck Rinkitink, in the last few days of December 2008, by the end of February 2009, Hunter became full owner of Leviathan, which had by that time be renamed at Hunter's request/cost to Haven.
