Marlena Poliatevska / Creator of the Sapphos Commons Community

Marlena Poliatevska is the owner of the Sapphos Commons Community, located in the Gowers region.

Except for one parcel of approximately 1200 sq meters, Sapphos Commons is built out over the entire Gowers region, and has a unified theme of a rural village in the Orkney Island of Scotland.

Included is a Damani weather generator set for real time weather from the village of Stromness.

Sapphos Commons is a park-like environment that is mixed-use, containing eight rental homes, and a large number of entertainment venues, including the following:

Dance Pavilion with a rock music format

Irish Tavern

Movie Theater

Playground

Conservatory / Coffee Bar

Boat Docks

Village Church

The intent of this project is to have a relaxed social setting in a unified theme which spans the entire Gowers region ..
