What I CAN help with

(You've totally got the right person!)

  • Above all, I love hearing stories of how you live Second Life and your creativity.
  • Also, your ideas for future video tutorials, and how to make Second Life Tips & Tricks and the Knowledge Base better.
  • While I'm unable to provide extensive personal guides, quick Q&A about my vidtuts is warmly welcomed. I treasure all awesomeness I receive, and there is no charge for awesomeness. ;)
  • Free to request my Linden Bear.

What I CAN'T help with

  • If your curiosity has already been answered in my Frequently Answered Questions.
  • Legal/policy, abuse, bug/feature request, or support issues.
  • IMs and notecards do NOT get read.
  • Rumors without a source.
  • Requests to save your land, give you L$, or promotion. I get too many of these. I gladly visit most SLURLs I receive, but don't beg for handouts!
  • For legal and practical reasons, I don't privately accept ideas about improving Second Life outside of my duties listed above. All such correspondence is deleted. Please file a public New Feature request at the Issue Tracker instead.
