This is a personal page[1], not an official source from either LL[2] or any viewer etc.
Symptoms you do not have access:
-Error messages.
-Offered teleport just vanish, you never see the offer, or a message it was declined. The person offering the teleport is told the teleport is offered and thinmk you should see it somewhere.
To get access
Need to be old enough:
For Gaming regions you need to not be using an IP from a banned state:
In client: Preferences -> General -> Set to the desired access levels.
Search -> Websearch -> tick the desired access levels.
In browser: Marketplace -> ??? -> Set the desired access levels.
