Open Debug Settings Window: Advanced -> Show Debug Settings

Show Advanced Menu: CTRL+ALT+D or Avatar -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Show Advanced Menu
Open Debug Settings Window: Advanced -> Show Debug Settings
By Toolbar:
Right click any Toolbar Button -> Toolbar buttons... -> drag and drop Debug settings to where you want it -> close Toolbar buttons window.
Left click the Debug settings button
