Method A: By menu:
- Show Advanced Menu: CTRL+ALT+D or Avatar -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Show Advanced Menu
- Open Debug Settings Window: Advanced -> Show Debug Settings
Method B: By ToolBar:
- Right click any Toolbar Button -> Toolbar buttons... -> drag and drop Debug settings to where you want it -> close Toolbar buttons window.
- Left click the Debug settings button
