Login Problem

My Account "doris Kinomis" can not log has two consecutive days Consistently show that "Login failed, unable to connect to a simulator" that the message.

   I can not find any solutions on the Linden website ,and Also tried the any solution mentioned  in  website....but not work.....

Finally, I had to write to you for help!Please attention that the problem!

Hi Doris!

When you're not able to login, please always check the Second Life Grid Status for current issues preventing logins. In case there are no current issues reported and in case the error message doesn't give you any hints on why you can't log in, please file a support ticket in the support portal. This Wiki isn't the place for help tailored to your individual problem, but the support portal is exactly for that. Let them know each detail (the error message it displayed, as well as the procedures you already tried to fix the problem and your current configuration (operating system, SL client, etc.)).
